For anyone who has ever wanted to watch Satellite TV on your boat or yacht, the KVH TracVision M3st DIRECTV Satellite TV Antenna is a small Satellite antenna that is an easy to use solution for boats over 25’. The dome will automatically acquire satellites and output over 300 channels of digital quality satellite television by DIRECTV through Audio/Video jacks that can be used in a TV or compatible chartplotter.
KVH packed a small 14" Antenna into the M3st's 15.5” diameter dome that weighs only 19lbs yet performs and receives like previous 18” diameter systems. The M3 st uses KVH’s all new RingFire technology which utilizes a new antenna design to increase coverage area and quality of reception. The newly improved antenna will not only increase range to as far as 100 – 200 miles offshore but also allows you to track while on the move in all sea conditions.
Another great feature of the M3st is its ability to automatically acquire satellites and switch satellites using the included remote control. The M3 will also support multiple TVs and receivers so nobody on board will have to miss their favorite show. Don’t worry about having to listen to a loud dome either as the TracVision M3st uses the latest Ultra-Quiet motors. The Single-Cable install and a user-friendly onscreen system set-up make this unit a must have for any offshore fisherman or coastal cruiser.
