Please disregard my message asking for a customer service rep to give me a call regarding the differences between the Garmin Model 3200 and 3600. I was able to locate your company phone number and spoke with Charlene and placed my order.
My experience with Charlene is one of the best I have had with customer service reps. She was very personable, patiently explained the differences and arranged for me to receive my GPS on Friday! First, let me say that you have the nicest, friendliest and most comprehensive website for GPS products on the entire internet. We also have an online or ecommerce website and can admire how well done yours is.
We wanted to purchase an automobile with a GPS navigation system. However, the model of automobile we want to purchase does not come with navigation availability. I have looked at your Magellan and Garmin systems (the top of the line in each) and don't know which one would best serve our needs. We once rented a vehicle in California that had a navigation system and loved the way it guided us to turn, expect turns, etc. We want one that has sound. And apart from that I need your advice about what we should purchase in our situation. Which one is easiest to read, to operate, most comprehensive, etc? In other words, What would you recommend that we purchase?

Greetings! I'm just emailing to let you know how much I enjoy my Garmin quest. It's great in the car, telling you which way to go and then off road for geocaching. I wasn't sure if it was what I wanted, but it's more than I expected. My husband has a Garmin 60cs. Once you have a Garmin, it's easy to use any of the units. They are very user friendly. One thing I'd like to see on the quest would be a place to hook a lanyard. I wanted to say thanks for the great service also.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner, I was out of the office most of the day on Monday. This is fantastic news! Many thanks to you and anyone else at The GPS Store that helped me with this issue!!
You guys must have contacted Garmin on my behalf. They sent me an email around 9am Monday morning that basically said I missed the upgrade window by 2 months, and that I would have to pay $150 for the version 7 upgrade. When I got home last night they had sent another email with the unlock code and related information. The send time on this one was 2:30pm. You guys obviously contacted them between 9:30am and 2:30pm and got this taken care of for me.
I would also like to say that I have purchased the Street Pilot 2610 and a Rino 130 from you, both have operated flawlessly. The only issue was with the 2610 software upgrade. Several friends have asked me where I purchased them from, and they were glad to hear you are only 40 miles from Wilmington. Most had visited your website, but they had no idea your store was close by. Since then, two friends of mine have driven to your store and purchased automotive type GPS units. I think the reason that people are willing to drive 40 miles to your store (rather than buying online), is because they simply want to get their hands on a unit before shelling out $500-$1000. You can find a few models at Circuit City or Best Buy, but you guys stock every model available for the general consumer.
