The Garmin HRM Fit is a clip on heart rate monitor designed for women. Easily clip the HRM-fit onto your medium and high support sports bras and receive accurate heart rate data to your compatible devices and apps. The HRM-Fit pairs with the Garmin Connect App and provides real-time heart rate transmission via ANT connectivity when not in water. The HRM-Fit also transmits real-time heart rate and HRV via Bluetooth to compatible devices. In addition to the Garmin Connect app, the HRM Fit is compatible with select Garmin smartwatches, Edge cycling computers, select fitness equipment and the Tacx Training app.
The HRM-Fit provides running dynamics, running pace and distance in addition to steps, calories, intensity minutes and more! Versatile enough for running, cycling, HIIT and strength training, the HRM-Fit truly is designed for all female athletes! The HRM-Fit will even store heart rate data during activities out of range of your compatible smartwatch.
With up to 1 year of battery life (using 1 hour per day) the HRM-Fit does not require charging between use. Easily replace the CR2032 battery through the coin slot battery door and continue on your fitness journey!
