With heading accuracy of under 2° RMS and position accuracy within one meter, it provides precise and dependable navigation information for cruising, fishing, and other demanding marine applications.
Stable heading information is essential for a smooth navigation experience. The HS65 provides the reliable heading data needed to keep radar overlays properly aligned, charts correctly oriented, and autopilot steering smooth and responsive. Its built-in heading redundancy adds another level of reliability. If the GNSS signal is temporarily lost, built-in Dead Reckoning maintains heading data for up to three minutes before automatically switching to magnetic backup for continued heading information.
