When Will My Order Ship?

We strive to provide fast shipping at low economical prices to all our customers.

US Customers - all in-stock orders received by 4pm Eastern Time ship the same day!
(Monday through Friday excluding holidays)

Except During Nov. 27th - Dec. 2nd Due to Volume, Orders may take an additional day or two to process. Thanks for your understanding.

International Customers - All in stock orders ship within 48 hours.

Orders shipping within the United States:

If you choose our economical ground shipping method your order should arrive within 5-8 business days.
If you choose UPS Next Day air or Second Day Air your order should arrive in 1-2 business days.
Please Note: FedEx/UPS does not consider Saturday (except FedEx Home), Sunday or Holidays as delivery days or "time in transit" days.

For holiday orders, you can order until December 23rd for delivery by Christmas.
Please choose the appropriate UPS Express as the shipping method for orders placed after December 18th
.

International and Military Mail orders:

Fedex International Express: These orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. However customs delays are possible.
Please Note: FedEx/UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday or Holidays as delivery days or "time in transit" days.

Military Mail: Transit times vary widely depending on any number of factors. Normal delivery times can range from a few days to 2 weeks.

Shipping Costs

We ship all orders to continental US destinations via UPS and FedEx Service. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping options and costs for you. For orders up to 25 lbs. we have a flat rate fee of $11.95 for 2 Day Delivery, and $7.95 for ground. For orders under 6 lbs. we offer a flat rate fee of $29.95 for 1 Day Delivery.


We also offer UPS Next Day shipping and our website will figure the cost for you on these services as well.

Tracking

All customers who place orders online will automatically receive shipment and tracking notification via email after shipment has been made. These emails are usually sent after 5pm Eastern time.

If you created an account while placing your order online, you can also Sign In to your account
and view Order Status and Tracking information updated daily.

In addition customers who place phone orders will also receive the shipment and tracking information if you supply an email address.

Holiday Price Guarantee

Upon email or phone request, we will match prices from The GPS Store, Inc. during the holiday season. If the price of an item purchased from 11/1/2024 thru 12/24/2024 is reduced below the price you paid, we will refund the difference to the original form of payment upon request. Requests must be made prior to 1/15/2024.

Policies / Notes

For security and protection the following shipping policies apply to orders shipped inside the US.

  • All Overnight shipments are sent "signature required"
  • All high value shipments are sent "signature required"
  • High value items (over $500) may require verification from our third party order verification service, No Fraud.
  • To Help protect the Privacy and Security of your order, our shipping label will show "T.G.S." as the shipper.
  • We cannot specify for UPS/FedEx to leave a box at your house if you are not home, it is up to the drivers discretion. We ask that you leave a note for the UPS/FedEx driver if you will not be home when your shipment arrives.
  • We can put notes such as "deliver to back door" on the shipping label, please put these in the special instructions box on your order form, or tell your salesperson.
  • Customers requesting an address correction/change after shipment has been made, will be charged a $20. fee.
  • All Packages shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the specific carrier used.

Lost / Damaged Shipments

If you should receive a shipment from The GPS Store, Inc. that has been damaged in shipping please call us right away! Any claim must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.

In addition, if you believe your shipment is lost, please call us right away so we can start a tracer with UPS/FedEx and resolve it for you as quickly as possible. Tracers generally take 7-10 days to complete.
