When Will My Order Ship?
We strive to provide fast shipping at low economical prices to all our customers.
US Customers - All in-stock orders received by 4pm Eastern Time ship the same day!
(Monday through Friday excluding holidays)
Note: UPS and FedEx do not pick up packages on weekends
International Customers - All in stock orders ship within 48 hours.
(Monday through Friday excluding holidays)
What is Premier 2 Day Air?
Throughout our site many items qualify for Premier 2 Day Air for free or at a flat rate of $11.95 to the contiguous US.
Our Premier service provides three key things on all orders:
- Expedited through processing in our own warehouse.
- Each item Double Checked for accuracy.
- Shipping using UPS 2 Day Air network, guaranteed service even in areas where ground could be sufficient.

Orders shipping within the United States:
If you choose our economical ground shipping method your order should arrive within 1-10 business days.
If you choose Overnight or 2 Day your order should arrive in 1-2 business days.
Note: FedEx and UPS do not consider Saturday, Sunday or Holidays as delivery days or "time in transit" days.
International and Military Mail orders:
Federal Express: These orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. However customs delays are possible.
Please Note: UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday or Holidays as delivery days or "time in transit" days.
Military Mail: Transit times vary widely depending on any number of factors. Normal delivery times can range from a few days to 2 weeks.

We ship all orders to the US destinations via FedEx or UPS.
Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you.
As of January 2015 UPS and FedEx calculate shipping weight using the greater of either the actual or dimensional weight.
For orders up to 25 lbs. to the contiguous 48 States we have a flat rate fee of $11.95 for 2 Day Delivery, and $7.95 for ground. We reserve the right to choose any guaranteed service to meet any two day or ground delivery date. Free Shipping on Orders over $69.50 is good for shipments to the contiguous 48 States. Life Rafts are excluded from Free Ground Shipping. Free ground shipping coupons and promo codes have a maximum value of $40.
We also offer UPS Overnight shipping and our website will calculate the cost for you on these services as well.
Please note that all Overnight shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
Oversize Shipments: Life Rafts, VHF Antennas and Trolling Motors are excluded from free return shipping.
Special Orders: Due to high freight costs from our vendors, additional freight charges will be added to all customer’s orders that include special order items to help cover the incoming freight costs. We appreciate your understanding.

All customers who place orders online will automatically receive shipment and tracking notification via email after shipment has been made. These emails are usually sent after 5pm eastern time.
If you created an account while placing your order online, you can also Sign In to your account
and view Order Status and Tracking information updated daily.
In addition, customers who place phone orders can also receive the shipment and tracking information if you supply an email address.
Policies / Notes
For security and protection the following shipping policies apply to orders shipped inside the US.
- All next day air shipments are sent "signature required"
- All high value shipments are sent "signature required"
- High value items (over $500) may require verification by our third party fraud verification service, No Fraud.
- To Help protect the Privacy and Security of your order, our shipping label will show "T.G.S." as the shipper.
- We cannot specify for Courier to leave a box at your house if you are not home, it is up to the drivers discretion. We ask that you leave a note for the driver if you will not be home when your shipment arrives.
- We can put notes such as "deliver to back door" on the shipping label, please put these in the special instructions box on your order form, or tell your salesperson.
- Customers refusing shipments or requesting an address correction/change after shipment has been made, will be charged a $30 fee. Refusal of international orders may incur additional fees such as duties, taxes and higher return to shipper fees.
- We cannot ship to a post office with "General Delivery", a complete address is required for all shipments.
- All Packages shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the specific carrier used.
Lost / Damaged Shipments
If you should receive a shipment from The GPS Store that is incomplete or has been damaged in shipping please call us right away! Any claim must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Customers must retain all product packaging, shipping materials and the original invoice in the event that a damaged package is received.
In addition, if you believe your shipment is lost, please call us right away so we can start an investigation with the shipper and resolve it for you as quickly as possible. Tracers generally take 7-10 days to complete.
