Fixed Mount VHF with Internal GPS and Class D DSC!

The B&G V20S Class D DSC VHF radio is the perfect communication addition to any boat big or small and is designed with a low -profile style. Built with a high contrasted black on white display and an inverted white on black night mode, the V20S can be seen easily day or night. Large buttons and an easy to use rotary dial make channel selections and key functions easier than ever. This radio also offers dedicated Channel 16 keys, which are found on the radio and fist microphone to give boaters instant access to emergency channels.

DSC calling is a key feature of this VHF radio and enables you to broadcast your vessels location during an emergency. A dedicated distress button initiates a DSC distress call that sends your boats coordinates to anyone with VHF range, this added peace of mind is a must have any time your boat enters the water. An integrated GPS receiver means your boats position can be sent even while your boats other electronics are powered down ensuring this data is sent any time, especially in critical situations.

The V20S is built for global use and also supports all international channels and provides a tri-channel watch functionality that easily scans between your current channel, emergency channel 16, and any other user-configurable channel within the US.
