Small, Sunlight Viewable Handheld GPS with TopoActive Maps

The eTrex 32x is a powerhouse of a handheld GPS that has lots of the features you would typically find in much more expensive handheld GPS models. This upgraded model of Etrex is preloaded with Garmin’s TopoActive mapping which has routable roads and trails for biking, hiking and other outdoor activities for North America.

Built with an upgraded display the etrex 32 x has an increased resolution of 240 x 320 and a 2.2” Transflective, 65K color sunlight viewable display. With an increased battery life of up to 25 hours on 2 AA’s you’re able to enjoy your outdoor activities longer!

With its high sensitivity WAAS enabled GPS receiver, GLONASS support and HotFix satellite prediction the eTrex 32x locates your position quickly and maintains a lock on you location even in heavy cover or deep canyons.

With Support for Garmin’s Birdseye Satellite Imagery (subscription required) you can get a more realistic view of the terrain around you. The eTrex 32x has 8GB of internal memory for holding map detail whether it is Topographic mapping, Street level detailed mapping, Lake mapping or coastal marine charting without having to add a micro SD card, which you can still do for even more storage. The 32x is also compatible with Garmin's Huntview Maps if Hunting is your Sport of choice.

Electronic sensors like a built in three axis tilt compensated compass and a barometric altimeter are also part of the eTrex 32x, the benefit being you can get a compass heading without moving and a more accurate elevation reading. The eTrex 32x can also be connected wirelessly to other compatible GPS units which allow it to share waypoints, tracks and routes.
